Connelly Builders and Development President Kevin Connelly and Abigail Goodlett (Development Assistant) had the privilege of hosting a celebratory ribbon cutting at Beechwood Place Apartments On December 9th, 2022.
This development was an affordable award-winning 9% deal, which broke ground in the Spring of 2019. Following construction through the COVID-19 Pandemic, this essential property is now fully occupied with great tenants.
We are grateful to Scott Farmer (Executive Director - NCHFA), Leigh Brown (Board Member - NCHFA) and Bill Dusch (Mayor - City of Concord) for the opportunity to showcase this development.
